Due to tech support issues and gift card complaints, Google Play needed to be humanized, beyond a big tech brand on social media.
To do this, we encouraged meaningful user engagement by transforming the Google Play feeds into joyful and useful daily content destinations. Through a complete social strategy refresh, we connected with our audience in new timely, culturally-relevant ways.
Guess that Game is one of the social refresh series we launched. It asks the audience to guess the game based only on a few real-life clues.
